How to report after finalizing the project?

After completion of the project, each User Group Leader is requested to provide a project report to the EPPN2020 management office within 6 weeks after the completion of the access using an on-line reporting portal.

Main points which need to be reported are:

  • Duration of access and dates of visits, units of access

  • Description of performed work + main achievements (key results)

  • Potential publication of the results: How do you want to publish the data?

Additionally, an on-line EPPN2020 internal questionnaire must be filled in by the User Group Leader to evaluate and improve the quality of access.

Newly, it is also possible to provide a short video report on the Transnational Access. The video report should be short and concise and no longer then 2-3 minutes!

Please login to the EPPN2020 on-line reporting platform and decide if you will provide a written or video report: Reporting Platform

Publication of the results

By default, Users are expected to publish their results within a reasonable time. The Users agree that any publication resulting from work carried out under the EPPN2020 Transnational Access activity must acknowledge the support of EPPN2020.

We recommend the following sentence: "Financial support by the Access to Research Infrastructures activity in the Horizon 2020 Programme of the EU (EPPN2020 Grant Agreement 731013) is gratefully acknowledged".
