Establishment of common standards and practical protocols

EPPN2020 aims at fostering good phenotyping practices by developing and implementing practical protocols and define standards and specifically to enable reusability of data from different platforms and experiments.

Based on the expertise of the EPPN2020 consortium and related projects, protocols will be published and made available to the community at large. A number of protocols will result from EPPN2020 Joint Research Activities:

JRA1 Novel techniques and methods for environmental and plant measurements

JRA2 Design and analysis of phenotyping experiments across multiple platforms

JRA3 ‘Building a consistent Information System in the different nodes and defining standardisation strategies’
